Federal law (the PACT Act) requires us to keep current business and license information on file for every U.S. reseller before we can ship.
What you'll need
Your FEIN, business license, and tobacco license if your state issues one. Photos or PDFs both work.
One form per location
If you ship to more than one address, submit a separate form for each.
Kept private
Your documents are handled only by our compliance team.
